MINASE proudly introduces the “Yusai” dial series, a new expression of artistry and craftsmanship.
The word Yusai combines two Japanese characters: 悠 (yū), meaning “a serene, flowing passage of time,” and 彩 (sai), referring to “layers and transitions of color.” Each dial is hand-painted by contemporary artist Towa Takaya, creating a surface that changes with the light and angle, revealing new shades and impressions with each passing moment.
This series embodies MINASE’s philosophy of “creating objects that will be cherished for the next 100 years.”
Blending traditional techniques with contemporary art, each watch is made to order, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike.
At K CRAFTWORK JAPAN, a limited-time exhibition of sample pieces from the Yusai collection is scheduled.
Exhibition period: December 16, 2025 – January 12, 2026
We invite you to visit and experience the quiet radiance and depth of these hand-painted dials in person.
